UCC-Express, Inc. has been proudly incorporated in the State of Nevada since October 1996. Over the years, we’ve evolved to provide a wide range of services and products to businesses and individuals alike. Our History of Innovation

Our first venture was a custom software program designed for DOS computers, allowing businesses to electronically file Uniform Commercial Code (UCC-1) statements. This system delivered perfected filings within 24 hours — securing assets efficiently and setting a strong foundation for our company’s mission: helping businesses simplify complex processes through technology.

Expanding Our Services

In the late 1990s, we introduced Pre-Paid Phone Cards, offering competitive rates for local, long-distance, and international calls through vending machines across Nye County. This service continued successfully until 2008.

Honoring Memories

In 2012, we developed the Pet Memorial Marker, featuring a built-in solar light to honor beloved pets. This heartfelt product line later expanded to include a flat marble marker and a 3D laser crystal design. Today, we continue to offer our 6" x 9" Flat Marble Pet Marker, a lasting tribute for cherished companions.

Supporting Businesses

By 2015, UCC-Express became an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) with Payscout, offering merchant account services to businesses that accept credit cards. We pride ourselves on transparent, no-contract processing with benefits such as:
